Scope
This notice describes how Ta Erga collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or engage us for services. It applies to taerga.coand its subdomains. It does not apply to third-party sites or to systems we build for clients but operate on the client's own infrastructure.
What we collect
From you. Name, email, organization, and the content of any message you send us through email or a contact form, plus any information you provide to portals we operate.
Automatically. Ordinary log information from your visit: IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this to operate the site and detect abuse. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral fingerprinting, or cross-site cookies on our public website.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries and deliver services you have requested.
To operate, secure, and improve the systems we provide.
To send transactional notices, invoices, and contract documents related to active engagements.
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number through our contact form and check the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages relating to your inquiry and occasional studio updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies; you should not expect more than a few messages per month from us in connection with an active inquiry.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan and carrier.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact privacy@taerga.co.
No sharing of mobile information. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information we receive through our SMS program is used solely to operate the program, and is shared only with the service providers (such as our messaging carrier) that are strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
Retention
Engagement records are typically kept for seven years after the end of the engagement, in line with standard tax and accounting practice. Inquiry emails that do not result in an engagement are kept for one year.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Write to privacy@taerga.co to make a request. We respond within thirty days.
California residents may designate an authorized agent and may appeal a denied request by replying to our response.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest. Hardware-backed authentication for owner accounts. Least-privilege access. Audited service-role usage. Routine review of access logs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please write to us so we can delete it.
Changes
We may revise this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through this site and, where appropriate, by email to active clients.
